Located 10 kilometres South East of Kitui town, stands Nzambani rock an iconic tourist attraction site in Kitui County. It outcrops about 80m above the ground. There is a climbing ladder to the top and while at the top you are able to see Yatta Plateau, Mt. Kilimanjaro in fine weather and the size on the top is equivalent to a football pitch. The rock has historical myth that states if you go round the rock seven times, your gender will change from male to female and vice versa. A camp site that can accommodate around 40pax has been put up at the scene.
